Donna Ribinskas
is Director of Product and Project Portfolio Management for Texas NIC,
providing tactical and strategic leadership to a project portfolio-based
organization. With a key goal of maximizing the value of the PMO, Donna
is passionate about solving business problems, developing high-performing
teams, and instilling accountability and customer focus.
Donna has over thirty years of diverse business and technical experience
enabling technology to solve business problems from start-ups to fortune 50
organizations; US domestic and internationally. Donna holds a bachelor’s
degree in business administration with cross-functional senior leadership
experience in Product Management, Program Management, Quality Assurance, and
Development.
Raj Polikepati is
the Director of Application Development for Texas NIC. He is responsible for
leading a team of engineers who develop highly usable e-government services for
Texas citizens. Raj has over 13 years of software development experience in
several industries including e-government, retail, telecommunications, and
finance. His focus on mentoring and empowering agile teams enables them to
deliver user-friendly applications in the simplest, fastest, and most secure
way possible. Raj has a MS degree in Engineering Management from University of
Kansas and a MS degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University -
Commerce.
