Telecom - CCTS Services
Below are specific instructions about how to order for new CCTS customers and for existing CCTS customers.
Step 1 – New CCTS customers only
If you are an existing CCTS customer, skip to Step 2.
If this is the first time your state agency has engaged services through CCTS, we’ll need some basic information so that we can establish your account. Please email the CCTS Work Group at
email@example.com or call us at 512-936-4357 (select option 1, then option 2) to discuss services and pricing.
Step 2 – Existing CCTS customers
To move, add, or alter your service, simply contact your agency telephone coordinator. To find the name of your coordinator, call DIR at 512-305-9100.

For your convenience, CCTS services are billed as part of your monthly Telecom Consolidated Bill.
