Prioritization of Cybersecurity and Legacy Systems Projects

​Prioritization of Cybersecurity and Legacy System (PCLS) projects.  ​

HB 1 (84R), Article IX, Section 9.10 (the General Appropriations Act) required the Department of Information Resources to submit a prioritization of state agencies' cybersecurity projects and projects to modernize or replace legacy systems, as defined in the October 2014 Legacy Systems Study, to be considered for funding to the Legislative Budget Board by October 1, 2016. In order to be included in this prioritization, agencies were required to submit information about their requests to the department through SPECTRIM (the Archer online application).  ​

The confidential full report was submitted to LBB and State Leadership on September 29, 2016.
