The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) has entered into agreements with the following vendors for CALIR services:

DIR would like to make customers who currently have service agreements under the Comptroller of Public Accounts, Council on Competitive Government’s (CCG) CALIR Services contracts for LexisNexis and West Publishing Corporation aware that within these contracts, provision language for Transition Requirements can be found in Section 6.3, which reads: 6.3 Transition Requirements
In the event any contract resulting from this RFO expires or is terminated for any reason before the end of the contract period, the vendor must be willing to provide services under the contract to the State for a period up to one hundred twenty (120) days (time period is at sole discretion of the State) or until such time as services of a new contract are in effect and implemented.
