GovQA Products Available for Bulk Purchase

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) is pleased to announce that it has completed negotiations for the bulk purchase of GovQA products and related services. GovQA is a customizable Public Records Management System.

​GovQA combines knowledgebase, rules engine, workflow, payment technologies to provide a comprehensivePublic Records Management System (PRMS*) that works across all departments in your organization to maintain Public Records compliance, save resources and collect fees 24/7.

Customers may immediately begin issuing purchase orders under this bulk purchase and may place orders through December 29, 2017. GovQA is offered on the SHI Government Solutions, Inc. cooperative contract, DIR-TSO-3984.
