Build-a-BOT Workshop

Tuesday, September 24, 2019 | Austin, Texas
8:30 am-11:45 AM or 1:15-4:30 pm

A complimentary, hands-on workshop presented by Genesys and sponsored by DIR as part of the Technology Today Series.

Description

The goal of the workshop is to help you build a chatbot or voicebot—personalized to your agency—that you can quickly deploy for incremental business outcomes, to differentiate customer experiences and improve operational efficiencies.

AI is less intimidating once you get your hands on it.  This session offers a unique opportunity for an agency to work with Genesys experts to create and personalize a chatbot or voicebot.  We will start by evaluating your AI strategy, and then you will discover more effective ways to engage with your stakeholders.

Build a personalized bot that you can use on any channel you choose—like a personalized chatbot for your website, or a voicebot for your IVR—using Genesys automation, Natural Language Understanding, knowledge management and our pre-built microapps.  Creating a self-service bot, you can include authentication, identification or bill payment.

No technical experience is required, and most attendees are surprised at how quickly they can build a personalized bot with their PC.

At the end of the workshop, you will receive a readout of our joint findings and recommended best practices.  Your bot will stay with you, in the cloud, so you can showcase it to others in your organization.

Registration

This invitation is being transmitted via the agency/institution Information Resources Manager (IRM).

To request a seat in the workshop, please submit an application here: https://txdir.wufoo.com/forms/rblpgp012k0opn/

Each session is limited to 15 participants.  Our goal is to benefit multiple agencies, so we will confirm only one or two people per agency in the first round until we can gauge demand. If you sign up and plans change, it's very important that you return to the form and cancel.
