DIR’s Divisions

Chief Data Office (CDO) 

The mission of the Chief Data Office is to: Improve data governance and integrity statewide, seek opportunities for data sharing across government, and to work with agencies and institutions of higher education to collaboratively develop data policies, standards, and best practices. 

Chief Financial Office (CFO) 

DIR’s Chief Financial Office works within the agency to provide financial management and analysis across program areas, human resources management, and budgeting accounting assistance.

Chief Information Security Office (CISO) 

DIR’s Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is responsible for managing and protecting the state’s security posture. The CISO provides resources, tools and training to assist public entities in fortifying their cybersecurity programs.

Chief Operations Office (COO) 

DIR’s Chief Operations Office is responsible for the following DIR program’s: Shared Technology Services (STS) program which includes, vendor management, engineering, program operations, customer service operations, and the project management office. The Communications Technology Services (CTS) program for voice and data technologies including the Capitol Complex Telephone System (CCTS), and the Cybersecurity Operations (CyOps) group providing network and cybersecurity for state agencies across DIR's network and consolidated datacenters.

Chief Procurement Office (CPO) 

DIR’s Chief Procurement Office is comprised of the following departments: Procurement Services, HUB Program and Outreach & Training, Contract Management Office, and Contract Services.

Chief Technology Office (CTO) 

DIR’s Chief Technology Office ensures that all DIR customers are able to make informed decisions about technology solutions. Through strategic planning, reporting, and project services, CTO helps inform IT decision statewide.

Deputy Executive Director 

DIR’s Deputy Executive Director's office works across the agency to ensure program alignment with customers’ needs, compliance with all state statutes and requirements along with building relationships with stakeholders across the state.
