Customer Mailing Lists
What is LISTSERV®? It’s a system that allows you to create, manage, and control electronic mailing lists on your corporate network or on the Internet. We offer two mailing lists for our customers:
CCTS-L LISTSERV. This announcement-only list notifies CCTS customers of issues relating to telephone maintenance, switch upgrades, emergency maintenance, and similar issues that may affect your landline telephone service in the Austin Capitol Complex. Replies to this list go to the DIR CCTS staff or the original author of the announcement. Subscriptions are restricted to CCTS customers only.
NetMgr-L LISTSERV. This one-way, announcement-only list notifies customers of issues relating to DIR network maintenance outages, network upgrades, emergency maintenance, and similar issues that may affect your connection to the Internet and your connection to the DIR network. Replies to this list go to the DIR Network Operations Center (NOC) or the original author of the announcement. Only DIR NOC staff can post to this list.
Subscribing to a LISTSERV®
To join or withdraw from one of the LISTSERV mailing lists, click its link below and fill out the form. LISTSERV will guide you through your request. Within a few minutes you will receive an email at the address you would like to add or remove. You will have the option to confirm your request via email reply or web confirmation.
IMPORTANT: If you do not confirm your subscription request within 48 hours, NO action will be taken. If you get an error message during the subscription process, contact us at 512-936-4357 or toll-free 877-472-4848 for assistance.
