| This RFO, is seeking to provide contracts for deliverables-based services with Vendors for the following Technology Categories: 1) Application Maintenance and Support; 2) Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse; 3) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); 4) Project Management; 5) Technology Update/Migration and Transformation; 6) Information Technology Assessments and Planning; 7) Application Development; 8) Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V); and 9) Information Technology Procurement Assistance. Technology Based Training, including Instructor-led Training for Technology
| The purpose of this solicitation is to award contracts to provide Technology Based and instructor Led Training. This RFO is comprised of three separate sections: 1) Standard Technology Based Training (TBT) Services; 2) Customized TBT Testing and Training; and 3) Technology Based Instructor Led Training. Standard TBT Services (Annual Subscription and Single Course) include access to a comprehensive course catalog over the Internet. The learning environment shall have complete reporting and administrative functions, including but not limited to, mentoring, e-reference materials, tutorials, roles-based content packages specifically for Human Resources, Customer Services, and Information Technology Workers. Customized TBT Testing and Training provides services to DIR customers through the Vendor’s Internet website. The Vendor may provide tailored solutions as related to customization and delivery of online testing, education, and training resources to meet DIR Customer defined training and testing needs.

Technology Based Recording and Conferencing
| The purpose of this solicitation is to provide technology-based recording equipment, software, conferencing products, and related services. Technology based recording equipment, software and related services are used for digitally recording, posting, playing back, annotating, searching, indexing, archiving, storing and managing recordings, including but not limited to, recordings of court proceedings, depositions, administrative hearings, law enforcement activities, and meetings. Technology based conferencing products includes, but is not limited to, audio, video and web conferencing equipment and related services (installation, warranty, maintenance and support, etc.) as well as conferencing software. This RFO is not for telecommunications services that support audio and video conferencing.

Tex-AN Order Processing Portal-SOW
| The Telecom Fulfillment Digital Transformation Project is an initiative to provide a solution by digitally transforming the Telecom Fulfillment process from a manual data entry process to a Chatbot Assisted self-service portal. The current fulfillment process utilized BMC Helix/Remedy ITMS and requires specialized data entry by highly trained Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The portal will provide DIR TEX-AN self-service capabilities to enable users to satisfy standard requests on their own in an effort to reduce involvement by support staff in solving routing requests and/or technical problems, using BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced and Chatbot technologies.
