Framework Change Advisory Process

Our Project Delivery Framework process and templates are successfully helping agencies capture required information and keep major projects on track. But to help us continuously improve the Framework, we rely on feedback from those who actually use it every day. Consequently, DIR has established a Change Advisory Board (CAB) and a Change Advisory Process to incorporate your valuable feedback.

Change Advisory Board & Charter

The primary purpose of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) is to identify and review proposed changes to the Framework, and to advise DIR on implementation of those changes. The CAB, formed in 2007, adopted a charter to establish a common understanding of the function, roles, and responsibilities of CAB members who rotate based on a Change Advisory Board model. The CAB meets twice a year in the first and third quarters. To learn about the Change Advisory Board Charter, click here.
