Ricoh USA, Inc. offers End-User IT Outsourcing (managed services) for information technology assets through this contract. Managed services include: Desktop Outsourcing and Asset Tracking. Support Services include: Service Desk; On -Site MAC; Remote Support; Standard and Ad Hoc Reporting Documentation; Break/Fix/Maintenance; and Unwind/End of Engagement services. Technology Services include: Mobility; HVD; Network Management; Software and Security Services. Please note this contract DOES NOT include Provisioning of Equipment. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this contract.
