Managed services include: Provisioning of Equipment; Desktop Outsourcing;and Asset Tracking. Support Services include: Service Desk; On -Site MAC; Remote Support; Standard and Ad Hoc Reporting Documentation; Break/Fix/Maintenance; and Unwind/End of Engagement services. Technology Services include: Mobility; HVD; Network Management; Software and Security Services. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this contract.
