Contract Overview
The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) has awarded a contract to Perspecta Enterprise Solutions LLC (formally known as Enterprise Services, LLC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Perspecta for Managed Application Services (MAS). The MAS contract adds Application Development and Application Maintenance as optional, additional service towers to the State of Texas’ Statewide Technology Center (STC) program. Application Development Services have a specified scope of work and are finitely executed. Development work may be associated with either an entire project or a subset of deliverables associated with a project. Application Maintenance Services provides day-to-day management, enhancement, maintenance, and support of existing applications at predetermined service levels. Resources can be requested through an automated process whereby an agency submits a Request for Solution (RFS) to generate a work order, a responding solution with associated price and delivery of the solution upon approval by the requesting agency.Contract Details & Ordering Information
