Contract Overview

SunGard Availability Services, LP offers Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Cloud Services Contract. IaaS covers the capability to provide provision processing, storage, networks, and other fundamental computing resources where the consumer can deploy and run arbitrary software, which can include operating systems and applications. The consumer does not manage or control the underlying cloud infrastructure but has control over the operating systems, storage, deployed applications, and possibly limited control of select networking components (e.g., host firewalls). SunGard IaaS contract covers Managed Data Center Services, cloud hosting, Managed application services, Managed Internet Access -Cloud, Managed inclusion detection, Geographic Load Balancing Services, Secondary Site Failover, Cloud Resource Pool, Managed disaster Recovery DR- Cloud Recovery. SunGard Contract may be used by state and Local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. This contract has no resellers.
