Contract between the Department of Information Resources (DIR) and OnSolve, LLC was executed on March 9, 2017, with an initial term of one (1) year and up to three (3) optional one-year terms. To date, there are no renewal options remaining, and the contract will expire as of March 9, 2021. OnSolve, LLC offers Mass Notification software services through Send Word Now suite, with Communication Alert System, Emergency Notification Service, Emergency Alerting, Crisis Communications, and Emergency Communications services. The OnSolve contract may be used by state and Local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. This contract has no resellers.
