The DCS Program allows state agencies, governments, and higher education customers to leverage leading-edge technology and expertly trained staff to efficiently and effectively manage diverse print requirements and budgets— without making any additional investment. Our services provide you the flexibility to scale up or down based on demand using secure processes and streamlined workflow, the ability to reduce cycle times, and the opportunity to increase recipient attention and response rates with personalized content.
Print to Mail is a bundled service inclusive of print impressions, address cleansing, mail insertion per envelope (includes all folding, letters, inserts, and business reply envelopes (BRE); disaster recovery; workflow design, development, testing, and implementation; and closed-loop tracking from print to insert and mailing completion. Additionally, utilizing our Print to Mail Service delivers Postage Savings with a guaranteed 3-digit rate for all first-class letter mail.
Over 4 Billion secure communications have flowed through the DCS document fulfillment facility, providing essential personal and private information to Texans. Our integrated services automate manual processes, increase service levels, and provide tighter accountability in transmitting essential information.
A wide variety of printing and mailing services are available in our state-of-the-art facility, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every month we produce on average:

Print to Delivery
Print to Delivery is a bundled service inclusive of print impressions, address cleansing, mail insertion per envelope; disaster recovery; workflow design, development, testing, and implementation; and closed-loop tracking from print to delivery to the Customer.
Digitization
All print is available in digital formats, delivered electronically to you. Print Files are converted to Images, then securely delivered to your designated location. Printing digitally reduces document preparation expense and eliminates manual errors.
DCS Print, Mail, and Digitization services are delivered through a contract between the Texas Department of Information Resources and Xerox. All DIR customers including state agencies, institutions of higher education, and local government entities are eligible to use the Print, Mail, and Digitization contract.
