Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be a current employee of a Texas government/public sector organization.

Cancellation Policy & No Show Fees

Cancellation Deadline: Noon, Friday, September 27, 2019 (3 business days prior to event) Cancellations must be received via enrollment form.

DIR is pleased to provide this FREE event for eligible attendees. Unfortunately, free events experience as much as 40% no shows and late cancellations. This results in empty seats, wasted funds, and wait-list registrants denied the opportunity to attend.

For those reasons, a $50 fee will be charged for any no shows and late cancellations (those who fail to cancel by deadline stated above). A substitution can be sent without notice.

DIR understands that sometimes urgent matters arise that prevent someone from attending. That is a business decision for the registrant's agency to make, weighing the $50 cost.

Invoices for cancellation fees will be issued by: JFS Events, P.O. Box 301, Hallettsville, TX  77964  {EIN 45-5124481}
