Drive and Measure Employee Engagement using Tools You Already Own (Office 365)

Tuesday, June 11, 2019 | 8:30 - 1:00 | Austin, Texas | Registration

Presented by Catapult Systems as part of DIR's Technology Today Series.

Employee engagement is critical to organizational success as it leads to increased productivity, satisfied stakeholders, loyal workers, better communication, and more.

This session focuses on improving employee engagement, recruiting and retention through streamlined communication, knowledge retention, and multi-generation workplace mentoring.

As an organization develops strategies for improving employee engagement, it is important to consider all resources available - particularly those that require no additional investment.  Many Texas agencies have Office 365 and can leverage tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Forms, OneNote to greatly facilitate these efforts.  The presenters will share specific examples on how agencies are succeeding in these goals through using the software they already own in Office 365.
