This is NOT an Invitation to Bid nor a procurement opportunity. This Market Engagement Notice is a vehicle to provide information to the vendor community to assist potential vendors on preparing for the upcoming Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) solicitation response.

At 1:00 p.m. on August 2nd, 2023, the Department of Information Resources (DIR) will host an IT Staffing Solutions Discussion, Doing Business with the State of Texas, and Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) session virtually. This will occur in advance of the posting of a Request for Offer (RFO) for Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC). That RFO will be numbered DIR-CPO-TMP-579.

During the August 2nd, 2023, session, DIR will gather information from the vendor community regarding Software Solutions market changes and ways to improve the solicitation response process, in addition DIR will provide an introductory briefing on DIR, the Cooperative Contracts program, and instructions for successfully completing the RFO response package including the HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP).
