Stories from the Field - Teams Adoption (the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly)
Hear from your peer agencies on their experience rolling out Microsoft Teams and supportive technologies. What went well (the Good), What could have gone better (the Bad), and OMG can I get a "do over" (the Ugly). This session is designed for transparent sharing so we can learn from each other and we will have time for open Q&A.
