SEPTEMBER 10, 2020 MEETING

Planned Agenda

3:00 - 3:15 Welcome and update on Teams Usage and Features

3:15 - 3:30 Microsoft Teams - Audio Conferencing Promotion

Topic Details

Microsoft Teams - Audio Conferencing Promotion

The Teams Audio Conferencing feature adds a dial-in telephone number to Teams meetings so attendees can join via their phone instead of, or in addition to, the Teams client or web browser. Microsoft is offering a promotion on this service and we will discuss how your agency can get this capability at no charge for your users.

Stories from the Field - City of Austin

Our Texas Teams Community will welcome David Gottlieb from the City of Austin Communications and Technology Management (CTM) department. David will share with us how they are streamlining business processes and rapidly solving organizational needs using "Teams as a Platform". David and his team are using "out of the box" features of Teams as well as SharePoint, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, and Power BI to rapidly deliver integrated user experiences.
