DIR Information Session

Texas Government Automation User Group (TxAUG)

Discover the Potential of Automation for Government

Thursday Aug 18, 2022
11:00am - 12:00pm CDT
Sponsored by Roboyo, UiPath, and DIR

Overview

As the population of Texas increases and the compliance requirements on government agencies increase, maintaining base services and improving the ability to deliver excellent services becomes more and more of a challenge.

To address these challenges, Intelligent Automation is being used across all levels of government to address the surges in workloads, manage backlog reduction, accelerate compliance responses, reduce rework and errors, and free employees to spend more time focusing on the critical task of helping citizens.

DIR has partnered with Roboyo and UiPath in restarting our informative virtual Intelligent Automation User Group sessions this month and encourage you to join. Each month these insightful sessions will feature demonstrations of how Robotic Process Automation (RPA), chatbots, ML, AI, and other emerging technologies have allowed for robust and resilient service to citizens while augmenting our department’s employees.
