What is the HUB Program?
The Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) program collaborates with various minority and women business trade organizations and development centers to circulate information pertaining to the initiatives of the Statewide HUB Program.
HUB certification provides vendors an opportunity to do business with DIR’s eligible customers to increase HUB spend.
The Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) administers the Statewide HUB Program.
Submit an application on the Statewide HUB Program site with the Comptroller (CPA) to become HUB Certified.
