DIR Posts RFO for Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) Services

The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) has released a Request for Offer (RFO) to solicit responses from vendors to provide Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) services to the State of Texas and DIR Customers, acting by and through DIR. DIR is NOT soliciting DBITS for DIR.
