The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) has released a Request for Offer (RFO) seeking responses from potential Respondents to provide Software Solutions to the State of Texas. In addition, this RFO will accept responses to augment Contracts issued under RFO DIR-TSO-TMP-416.
