Small Office/Home Office (SOHO)

Some TEX-AN vendors offer budget-friendly internet service for Small Office/Home Office (SOHO). These services are designed for locations with 25 workstations or less. Bandwidth, cost and installation fees vary based on the vendor.

  • Orders are placed by your organization directly with the TEX-AN vendor

  • Customers are responsible for complying with their entities’ security policies/procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive data for each SOHO site.

  • Purchase orders are written to the TEX-AN vendor to order the service.

  • The TEX-AN vendor will invoice you directly for SOHO services

  • TEX-AN SOHO service can be added to your consolidated DIR Telecommunications Service invoice, but a fee applies to each SOHO location.
