Digitization

All print is available in digital formats, delivered electronically to you. Print Files are converted to Images, then securely delivered to your designated location. Printing digitally reduces document preparation expense and eliminates manual errors.

DCS Print, Mail, and Digitization services are delivered through a contract between the Texas Department of Information Resources and Xerox. All DIR customers including state agencies, institutions of higher education, and local government entities are eligible to use the Print, Mail, and Digitization contract.
