Files in the Digital Data Room are protected with Microsoft Azure Information Protection rights management software. Digital Data Room information may be viewed by downloading and installing the Azure Information Protection Viewer if your organization doesn't already use a Microsoft Rights Management product. Microsoft provides free versions of the viewer for all major computing platforms, which can be downloaded here:

Installation of the Azure Information Protection Viewer may require local computer administrator access, so your IT Department may need to assist with the installation. 

Upon completion of the above, DIR will provide information to access the Digital Data Room.
