Information for Vendors Interested in Participating

DIR invites interested vendors to participate in the 2017 Technology Forum by exhibiting and/or providing a speaker. This free one-day conference is open to Texas government personnel and is targeted to IT leaders.  TASSCC serves as a sponsor.

Opportunity to Exhibit - FULL

The conference exhibit area is full. We are accepting waitlist only at this time. Note - there are 20+ companies on the waitlist, so - regretfully - there is little point to adding.

Participating as an exhibitor offers a unique marketing opportunity and a chance to learn more about state government needs while interacting with key decision-makers. We expect 200+ attendees from a wide variety of Texas state agencies and universities.

Exhibitor Registration is Closed   (See form for payment information and other details.)

Exhibitors should be vendors with DIR contracts and offering solutions relevant to the topics proposed for this conference.

Call for Presentations (May 1 - May 22) - CLOSED

Subject matter experts are invited to submit presentation abstracts for consideration. Sessions range from 20-50 minutes with most being a standard 50 minutes, but shorter “spotlight” topics will also be considered. As always, topics must be purely educational with no marketing or self-promotion.
