• Hosted/presented by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR).

• Any public sector staff are invited to participate. There is no cost to attend.

• For those attending the full webinar, DIR will award 1 hour of continuing education credit (IRM CPE, generic contact hour).

• The 1-2pm session will be simultaneously livestreamed on DIR's YouTube Channel. (No registration needed. )

• Session recordings will be posted on DIR's YouTube channel within a few days.

• Primary session is a ZoomGov webinar with the optional breakout sessions as a ZoomGov meeting. Please make sure you are running Zoom 5.3 or later to fully take advantage of the meeting features. (Connect via browser is an option.)

The webinar is configured for 90 minutes so registrant calendars are blocked for the 60-minute presentation and the optional 30-minute breakout session. Towards the end of the primary presentation, hosts will provide a SEPARATE link to access the breakouts which start at 2:00.
