Overview
The State of Texas, acting by and through the Department of Information Resources, is seeking to enter into a statewide contract with one or more Vendors to provide Microsoft Master Services Agreement services to the State of Texas. As a result of this Request for Offer (RFO), DIR expects to create a contractual vehicle that satisfies statewide procurement requirements for Microsoft Master Services Agreement services contracts and improves the efficiency of the procurement process by shortening the time required to procure Microsoft Master Services Agreement services in specific Technology Categories.
