PROGRAM

Digital transformation and sophisticated threats are increasing both the complexity and cost of cybersecurity. This half-day workshop provides a practical approach to securing today's highly distributed, hyper-connected government.  We will explore how government agencies can embrace digitization and take advantage of IoT now through a security transformation that includes establishing strong security protocols, deploying highly integrated security devices tied to advanced SIEM technologies, and implementing dynamic internal segmentation as a critical additional layer of network and data protection.

Fortinet's FortiGuard Threat Intelligence and Research Labs will walk you through the anatomy of a hack, share real-life stories and offer present, reasonable barometers of cyber threats in government.  Years of experience consulting for the government and keeping tabs on the hacker underground community have given us unique insight to advanced threat techniques and mitigation strategies to combat continually evolving threats.
