Texas.gov Application Services provides Texans with simple, efficient, and personalized ways to take care of their government business anytime, anywhere, and on any device–from a digital government assistant featuring proactive reminders and alerts, customized dashboard, and stored transaction and payment history to the online convenience of renewing a driver license, vehicle registration, or professional license (along with 1,000+ other services).

Texas.gov Application Services offers:

TEXAS.GOV PAYMENT SERVICES

Texas.gov Payment Services allows constituents to pay for government services via credit card, debit card, and eCheck (ACH) transactions online, at the point-of-sale, through a mobile device, IVR, and on a recurring basis. Additionally, our solution provides extensive financial reporting, is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to reduce the state's risk, and processes payments in accordance with the Comptroller's requirements.

Texas.gov Applications Services provides customers access to a variety of online solutions, sized to fit their needs.  Development costs vary from application to application, but are competitive with industry standards, and provide customers access to a highly skilled and efficient pool of technical resources, well versed in the online government space.  Based on in depth requirements gathering activities and stakeholder needs, the Texas.gov Applications Services team either identifies an existing Texas.gov framework that can be leveraged, or designs a comprehensive and customized offering through an iterative and collaborative process. After go-live, this same skilled team of resources supports and maintains these applications at no additional cost to the customer.

TEXAS.GOV PAYMENT SERVICES

Texas.gov Payment Services offers a simple pricing structure of 2.25% plus $0.25 for each credit or debit card transaction processed. Automated Clearing House (ACH) or eChecks are available at no charge. Click here to see the current Texas.gov fees (PDF)
