Contract Overview

Prior to contacting a security services Vendor, State agency customers must obtain a written exemption from DIR stating that DIR is unable to provide the IT Security Services being requested pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 2059.102(d). Customers must submit a Security Service Determination Form PDF (80 KB) to the address shown on the form and obtain a written response prior to proceeding.
