Negotiate with vendor to finalize SOW 4. Vendor submits final SOW to DIR prior to signing 5. DIR approves, agreement (SOW) is signed between Vendor and Customer 6. Generate a purchase order (PO) made payable to ENACOMM, Inc., and you must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-TELE-CTSA-005 on your Purchase Order. 7.
