Contract Overview

Xerox Corporation offers Xerox® DocuShare®Platform provides organizations with a central enterprise content management (ECM) repository that is on-premise or in the cloud, and helps clients effectively manage information and provides a central location for all business content. Xerox® DocuShare® can help cut cycle times and increase productivity. It also automates routing and approval. Xerox® DocuShare® can comprehensively support an organization’s automation needs with content rules and sophisticated business process management (BPM) workflows services. Xerox has the following products and related services under this contract, DocuShare standard software, DocuShare Enterprise, DocuShare Education, DocuShare hosted cloud services with storage options, maintenance, support, training, configuration, installation and Technical services. Contract may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this contract.
